Regardless of age, fitness level or previous experience - yoga adapts to you. With us, you'll meet experienced teachers who safely guide you through every step of your yoga journey.
What to expect
Your first class
Arrive 15 minutes early to register and familiarize yourself with the studio. The teacher will welcome you and ask about any injuries or limitations.
During class
The teacher guides you through each position and offers alternatives that suit your level. Listen to your body and take breaks when needed.
After class
Take time to notice how you feel. Drink water and enjoy the feeling of calm and presence.
Preparation
What you need
- Comfortable clothes you can move freely in
- Water bottle
- Small towel (if you get warm easily)
- Your own yoga mat (we have mats to borrow)
Tips for beginners
- Don't eat a large meal 2 hours before class
- Come with an open mind and no expectations
- Tell the teacher it's your first time
- It's okay not to master all positions right away
