Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga is a dynamic form of yoga that synchronizes breath with movement. The Primary Series (Yoga Chikitsa) is the first series that purifies and strengthens the body. Benefits of the practice: • Builds strength and flexibility • Improves focus and mental clarity • Purifies the body through sweating • Develops self-discipline and awareness The class is led in traditional Mysore style where everyone practices the same series together. Suitable for those with some yoga experience.
